California's continuing attempt to recreate pre-war Soviet Union (and we all know what a success that was!) will now be aimed at residents who came across the border without asking permission.
The state defines them as "older unauthorized immigrants" and the plan is to provide free medical treatment for those who are age 49+.
As soon as they can justify it, the program will be expanded to everyone in the state, in spite of the opposition that has been expressed in the past by those who understand the economic impact of such a plan.
