Consistency seems to be lacking in the Medicare enrollment process from one SSA office to another. Some are more efficient and easier to deal with than others.
Also, big ups to Chris, an agent in Muskogee, OK who wants to use Medicare for the Lazy Man as a pattern for advising his clients!
