One of the concerns with AI is that it will replace caring medical professionals.
A visitor to the website used the (soon to be removed) chat feature to ask if his state allows insurance companies to off High Deductible Plan G.. One problem: I have no idea where he or she lives!
Finally, nationwide troubles with Medicare Advantage plans have caused corporate giant CVS to fail to meet revenue projections. Stock price has dropped drastically.
