Thanks to Steve, I learned how anal retentive accountants want to measure the benefits of High Deductible Medicare Supplement plans. They missed the mark by a wide margin as I explain, starting at minute 5:30.
Then, how did railroads decide on a track gauge of 4' 8 1/2" rather than something that would actually make sense? Blame the ancient Romans!
