When the government forces companies to sell some drugs, like insulin, at a loss, don't expect private enterprise to just take it on the chin!
Also, Ohioans insured by Medical Mutual came close to losing a major part of their provider network. Those trapped in Medicare Advantage plans would have had to search for new docs among the remainder.
