Also, the star rating score for Clear Spring Part D plans is probably not indicative of the level of satisfaction you would experience!
My understanding of star ratings is that they were designed for Medicare Advantage plans but other types of Medicare plans do not share the same characteristics and cannot be measured the same way.

According to an article published by Kaiser Health News, "Value Based Care" is the newest method for compensating providers (i.e. doctors) that will solve all Medicare problems.
