Plan F which covers 100% is hugely expensive! Plan G which covers almost everything is merely outrageously expensive.
However, through actuarial legerdemain this 98-year-old will be able to to enjoy the High Deductible, high value plan for a mere pittance!

Annual Notice Of Change (ANOC) will tell you about any changes to your prescription drug program for the coming year. Will the monthly premium stay the same, increase or decrease?
How about the formulary? Any changes in the list of drugs the plan will cover?
If there is a major plan adjustment coming up, you may want to ask your agent to search for a more appropriate PDP for next year.

Today we cross the line from pre-op to post-operative patient.
It is a big milestone for everyone involved except the patient, who was unconscious for the whole event (if the anesthesiologist performed his job properly)!
