Status discrimination based on vaccination status has come to an end but the CDC has not admitted that the vaccines are not effective.
One admission is that herd immunity from previous infection is strong protection from future infections.

Legislation is on the way that should force Medicare Advantage plans
to streamline the process of asking for permission to seek treatment from a specialist.
Of course, they will still require members to request permission before seeking treatment from specialists.

Reading between the lines, one discovers a sincere attempt to educate someone new to Medicare. Basic factual information without a hint of bias.
A more valuable effort might have used decades of experience to steer the prospect to the most desireable and advantageous option.
