Provider networks can be "narrow, medium or broad" in their coverage of a particular city or town. This refers to the percentage of doctors and hospitals contracted with the plan that pays your medical bills. Larger (or "broader") is far better than narrower.

All of the magnificent free "benefits" this insurance agency promises in its Namath ads are going to be reserved for people who ARE NOT YOU! This might be a blessing in disguise.
For instance, free rides to doctor appointments sound like fun outings in a nice car with a cool driver. Or they could be day-long road trips crammed into a smelly prison van with other victims of poor planning. If things sound too good to be true.....

As we know, Medicare is health insurance mostly for those age 65+. Medicaid, on the other hand, is a health insurance program intended to cover the medical bills for those of all ages who are poor.
It is paid for in large part by the Feds but administered by each of the states individually. Examples are Medical in California and Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS pronounced "access").

The risks of disappointment that come with Medicare Advantage plans are very high. If misfortune (in the form of ill health) strikes, all of a sudden better options become limited or evaporate altogether.
Every human crosses a line and becomes uninsurable during life; possibly only in the last minutes before death, or perhaps years earlier. When this happens it is best to be protected by a good Medicare Supplement plan in addition to original Medicare.
