I first attempt to narrow the scope and answer Steve's very general question about why there are so many confusing plans. My allusion to the Baucus Amendment is very impressive!
Then, new correspondent Mike has some specific questions about his very expensive medications.
My speculation about the administration of these medications in the doctor's office causing them to be billed as a Part B expense turned out to be wrong.
